Since devolution the Welsh Assembly Government has used its devolved powers increasingly to develop policies that are quite distinct from the rest of the UK but designed instead to address the specific needs of its different regions. As a result planning, agriculture, renewable energy and other rurally targeted policies are often quite different from other areas of the UK. Located as we are in mid Wales and using our understanding and knowledge of these policies we endeavour to provide a wide range of consultancy services to our clients throughout Wales and the Borders.
