We manage currently 35,000 to 40,000 acres in Wales and the Borders for a wide range of clients. The properties comprise a wide range of assets including:
- Agricultural land
- Common land
- Residential property
- Sporting rights
- Commercial property (including telecommunications masts, pubs, electricity sub stations and shops)
- Woodland
- Mansion houses
- Land with development potential
Many of these properties have Ancient Monuments, Conservation & Heritage Designations (such as listed buildings and Sites of Special Scientific Interest) and public access (via public and private rights of way or CROW Act land).
To manage this diverse range of property efficiently requires a wide range of management and good interpersonal skills as well as an extensive technical knowledge. It also requires an ability to know one’s limitations and to work closely, when necessary, with client’s accountants and solicitors to ensure that they receive the right advice.
